                                         District 13 Activity
                                                            Special Activity

District Education meetings will be on the 5th Tuesday in 2009 as follows:
  March 31 at Youngsville 377          June 30 at Franklinton 123          September 29 TBA                           

The meal for the Education meeting will be at 6:30PM and the meeting soon thereafter.
Advise Chris Hedrick (click here) or at 919-497-6118 of how many from your lodge that will be going for meal by Friday before the scheduled date.

Oxford Masonic Lodge No 122 will be holding the next organizational meeting for the District 13 Picnic on Saturday, Aug 1 from 10-11am at our Lodge (105 W. College Street, Oxford). Each lodge should send AT LEAST 2 representatives to this important meeting. The District Picnic is Saturday, September 12 at the MHC. (Rich Weaver, Master Oxford 122)

Oxford Lodge is also sponsoring a bus trip to the George Washington Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, VA on Sunday, October 11. The tour will visit the GW Memorial and then onto several other historic memorials in Washington D.C, including the WWII and Vietnam Memorial Wall. The price for the trip is $40 per person (for bus fare - does not include meals). All Brothers AND their families / friends are welcome to attend this unique event. Space is limited to a 55 passenger bus. If you are interested, please send payment to:  Oxford Masonic Lodge No 122, PO Box 15, Oxford, NC 27565. Once payment is received, you will be registered for the trip.  DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS BY SEPTEMBER 4

Youngsville 377 - A 3rd degree for two brothers scheduled for Monday July 13 has been rescheduled for July 16 at a stated communication, meal at 6:30, Lodge will open at 7:30.  Brother Marcus is preparing a fine meal and to make sure we have plenty we ask that if a Brother is planning on joining us please let me know so I can get a fair and accurate account of the same.  My email is wchirscoe93@yahoo.com
